How do I pay with my credit card?

Simply add your items to the shopping cart and then select paypal as payment method, you will have a choice to pay using your credit card without registering paypal account but also the possibility to use or create a paypal account during process.

How do I receive items that I ordered?

We will create a new account and put purchased diablo 2 items on it, the account name and password will be emailed to your registered email. Also it will appear on the website, please click "My Orders" to have access to delivery information.

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept paypal, any major credit card, bank wire transfer, audiotel/sms and Phone payments via a special number, Paysafecard.If you want to pay with another method, please contact us. Credit card payment requires a shipping address to be provided.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be delivered within 1-24 hours after purchase and we guarantee that you will receive them within 24 hours depending on the complexity of your order. If you didn't recieve your items within 24 hours please use contact page or live chat and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you paid with echeck via paypal we will wait until the check is cleared and then deliver your items. Echeck payments usually take 4 business days

If I can't transfer items by myself, can you help me?

Yes, contact our Live Chat when you got mule account info emailed to you and we will help you to transfer items face-to-face.

If Live Chat is unavailable, please Send Message with the following information:
- your account name, password, character's name that requires items,
- received mule account info or order ID.
We will transfer items from the mule to your character. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the transfer.

How does the power leveling work?

When you purchase Power leveling you will have to fill in the account name, password, character's name fields on checkout page. We will be playing on your account until character got required level. Timeframes can be found on Power Leveling page.

I want an item that is not listed on your site, can you get it for me?

Definitely yes, if you want an item that is not listed or is out of stock please contact us and we will do our best to restock or list it.
